HistoryEdit

Arlia was ruled by the tyrannical King Maoi for all of it's known history until the PTO conquered it and sold it to the Empire.

SurfaceEdit

The surface of Arlia is very barren and dark and is covered in ruins, hence why it was only 2,000 moneys.
