JIR is Irken Scientist Vax's FENNY Unit spinoff. JIR was the first FENNY Unit, and is Vax's SIR Unit.

Personality

JIR is very calm, very loyal, and just so happens to know how to say "Hello" in almost every Earth language, as well as in many alien languages. This is something all FENNY Units are programmed with.
